Issue solved

My latency and frame time are the same but for some odd reason, the game just freezes for a few seconds as if I were lagging and I keep the f1 open to monitor my latency and frame(nothing changes). Constantly doing it over and over. I already reset my modem and router so I can guarantee it ain't from my side. I'm also playing on North American East coast (always have high ping due to west coast servers).

Terrible, I don't know how you east coasters play like this. Its just unplayable. So many disruptions.

Can you please run WinMTR for us while playing and having issues, and then provide us with the report, this will give us some more details about the connection and will show us if there's any trouble with the route that it's taking to get to our servers. I would like to add that on predictive I get a disconnection every 20-30 minutes at least once. Seems to be something that is frequent.
edit: I died 23 times these last 2 days, frustrating. That why I stop playing hardcore and I'm getting very close to quitting the game. Its just unplayable at this point. Last edited by Madlox on Feb 12, 2016, 3:42:25 PM

You will need to download the newer version of WinMTR to provide useful results. You are running 0.8 Grab Version 0.92 from HERE

I found the issue, problem with my ethernet cable. Bought a new one and everything is working fine.
