Ephij Random Spawn

I was levelling in talisman sc in a normal warehouse sewers and Ephij just spawned. No bloodline, no special map or no abaxoth, just Ephij spawned. Bug?

Seems far more likely that you killed a Voidspawn of Abaxoth bloodline pack without noticing than that it was a bug. There's no other way for the unique beyond demons to spawn outside maps.

As in normal difficulty warehouse sewers?
That would have to be a bug or something if true, seeing as Ephij has a minimum spawn level of 45 and the voidspawn of abbaxoth bloodline requires level 61. If you mean normal, non map warehouse sewers but in Merciless difficulty (level 63 zone), then you must've just unknowingly killed a voidspawn pack. IGN: Smegmazoid
