Wild Strike and flat elemental damage on weapon

Hi there,
If I have a weapon with flat elemental damage (e.g. 10-22 cold damage), will this damage be added to the explosion, the arc and/or the projectiles? |

That's part of your base damage, attack skills including Wild Strike use your base attack damage and deal some percentage of it with every hit, unless stated differently (infernal blow).
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
