Coward's Trial: Unable to Continue

Entered The Coward's Trial map and finished clearing the second room. Once all monsters were dead, the spawning areas disappeared but the stairs to the next level do not allow access to the next floor. Able to portal in and out without trouble though.

Running Cyclone CoC Bladefall and had just finished fighting a Soul Conduit/Apparition Rhoa.
