Used this on my 100% pierce Sparker.

Edit: I think I checked every single page and this is the only Horned Talisman I've seen. That's crazy, especially considering how amazingly powerful Spark is with 100% pierce. This is a cool and build defining talisman base. I really hope it stays in the game for future leagues regardless of its popularity.

I was pretty hyped for Talisman League and it's been fun for sure, just extremely frustrating working your way to Rigwald. (Especially level 80) Most of the time I ignore Talismans unless they are rare or can help me work towards a level 80 encounter. I've been bottle-necked for a while on duplicate t3 talismans so I haven't even gotten a rare t4 yet.
