What is sufficient requirements for PoE?

A $7500 computer would be sufficient. What you're interested in is "necessary". The two terms aren't interchangeable.

Nobody said RAM is not important, RAM of VGA card is not important, in a mid range VGA (not for notebook) the only important thing is the GPU, while about RAM if you have 8 GB or 16 GB doesn't change anything, 8 GB is enough.

Right now i have windows 10 64,a 980 ti 6gb ram, I7 4790K processor 4* 4.56ghz, both overclocked, 16gb ram, 1 tb SSD crucial... The best of the best or almost.

And CoC kills my frame rate, i reach 300+ fps in act1, coc discharge fracture drops it to 10. The engine of the game cannot handle thoses effects. It even crashs some ppls.

CoC gem is a pain in the ass and shouldnt exist in this game, it's dps is broken, it's function is broken, it's performance is broken. This gem is a mistake.

What is your monitor refresh rate? For most monitors over 60 fps does not actually do anything.

No beast of a computer will ever make CoC, it's not your pic it's the game engine.

Very agree, also CoC has nothing to do with "RPG". I never played it (or with it cuz of lag too) and I will never play it, it's a sort of bug. When GGG created this gem I thought: "£"%/"$%/&£/".

I don't think this exists.

I have a 5820k, 16GB DDR4, GTX 980ti, and when playing in 1440p and running with full shadows, there are still situations (like Jungle Valley map with the shadows of the trees, and fractured maps with sea witches) where the fps dip with noticeable graphics stuttering. And that is solo.

Groups are a magnitude worse with those skills you listed (CoC in particular).

Chris said they are working with an external company to work on the engine, and they are also hiring a new full-time developer whose focus will be the engine. So, things will likely improve this year.

Quad-sli gtx 980 should give ya stable 30fps in parties
