Cameria's Maul dual wielding build plan help

I want help on allocating the passive points in the tree for a build with these characteristics:

- Dual wielding Cameria's Maul.
- Two jewel sockets for two Shattered Chains, needing 50 Str threshold each
- Focus on shattering Frozen Mobs.


Scion Cameria
Witch Cameria
Templar Cameria
Marauder Cameria
Shadow Cameria

Those are what I had planned as the base of my build, with emphasis on chance to freeze and the two jewel sockets. From then on, I don't really know what's best for the build. I'm inclined to go as Scion as she has access to extra resistances and dual-wield block, but I understand that Templar is a decent starting choice with less points needed. As I'm playing in hardcore, I would like to get some decent survivability.

If you have other suggestions, plz tell me.

I would not go all the way north and take the freeze nodes, u loose way to much survivability and dmg. If u still want to do so, than RT is a must.

I would go crit, start as marauder. Here a possible tree. Also gives possibility to replace blood magic gem with dps and use mana for skills and spec in Spirit Void to leech it back. Can take frenzy charge at duelist, if u plan to run blood rage.
