Conqueror's Efficiency

Hi

I tried this jewel now for the first time.
My unreserved Mana was 93 with Hatred and Herald of Ash (something over 270 afair reserved mana, i can check the exact numbers later if you insist).
Then i equipped the Jewel, but nothing changed.

Is this because of how the game does the math with mana reservation (rounding and so)?

Thanks
Yes. If that's the only reduced mana reservation you have, it's only enough to change the reservation of a 50% reserved aura by 1%. .98 * 50 = 49. Any aura below 50% base reservation wouldn't change because it would be rounded back to what it started at.

It made a huge change with this setup:

For years i searched for deep truths. A thousand revelations. At the very edge...the ability to think itself dissolves away.Thinking in human language is the problem. Any separation from 'the whole truth' is incomplete. My incomplete concepts may add to your 'whole truth', accept it or think about it
Ok, thanks for your responses

So here are the numbers:

Mana total: 358

Hatred 50% = 179 reserved
HoA 25% = 89,5 (= 90 rounded) reserved

-> 269 mana reserved = 89 mana unreserved

The Jewel alone works as intended so far

If i equip it, my unreserved mana is 93

But now comes the interesting:

If I use a lvl 2 Enlighten (mana multiplier 96%), my unreserved mana is 100

But also:
If i equip Enlighten, the Jewel doesn't change the value of the unreserved mana at all!
I'm not sure, if there isn't something buggy, when it comes to interaction with mana reservation and mana Multiplier from Enlighten?
Hatred alone reserves 50% Mana.

Conqueror's Efficiency grants 2% Reduced Reservation:
50 * 0.02 = 1
50 - 1 = 49% Mana Reserved

A lv2 Enlighten grants a x0.96 Mana Mulitplier:
50 * 0.96 = 48% Reserved

Combining both:
50 * 0.96 = 48% Reserved
48 * 0.02 = 0.96, rounds to 0
48 - 0 = 48% Reserved

It's not bugged, Conq's Efficiency is just really insignificant.
Thanks, that explains everything.
With the two different multipliers: Conqueror's Efficiency significally loses it's 'efficiency'. (A bit disappointing though^^)
