Looking for a CoC Discharge Build for a Templar

I have an 83 templar that I have not touched in a while that I was looking to bust out for a change. He was originally built as a discharger so I have some decent gear to work with. Can someone point me to a Templar build that takes advantage of some of the items I currently have? Willing to invest in gear/gems as needed but was trying to do it on the cheap.

WOw you definately have the gear to do it. I saw someone posted a CoC Templar using a staff and cyclone. I'm actually looking for that build right now I was going to modify it for HC.
