Help! New build for my godly talisman

I just got this recently, and I want to find some broken build to scale the damage with. Something with 100% Chaos damage conversion. I am bored of incinerate, so I want to maybe lean towards some sort of Bow build with lightning damage and chaos convert. If I do recall, there is a bow/armor combination that reaches chaos convert of 100%.

I was thinking of some sort of Voltaxic Ballista Build, Although I really wanted to find a way to do some sort of Explosive Arrow build that converts to chaos damage. is that possible with the current gear options we have?
