This has no relation with being good or bad player... This is only a matter of time. I for example, am a solo player and I am bad player. I have a lvl 94 Marauder that some day will reach level 100.

There will be people who stop playing because they always die. Anytime. Everywhere.

Well, I have seen someone with a ridiculous build (very bad) who played every day and reached level 100 always running Plateau, ...
I dont want to know how often he died but he reached Level 100...

When you have insane amounts of time and fun, everyone can reach 100 but the average level cap should be around the point where you lose your fun. This depends on the player...

After reading all posts, average cap will be 85 to little bit higher than 90 (until you have to buy maps to get enough xp).
