Looking for a cheap, noob friendly, 2.1 Duelist Melee Build

Any thread or just overall basic build recommendations for 2.1 duelist?

I made a scion and witch so far in Talisman league but I want to get a duelist through normal mode so I have access to all the vendor gems. Ideally, I'd like to use this same character for end game play eventually. Any and all skills welcome, just don't feel like using a bow as I already have a split arrow ranger on Standard league.
