Tora's bowmakers tools not working

Howdy
I had a yellow Death Bow (IL:32) with the following mods all granted by the item on find.
increased physical dam
added physical damage
added lightning damage
increased attack speed
increased global crit multiplier
plus accuracy rating

I then picked up a Decimation Bow (IL:53), hit it with an Orb of Alchemy which gave me

increased physical damage
added fire damage
increased global crit multiplier
plus accuracy rating

I took it to Tora's tools to add another mod, an added physical damage mod, just like the Death Bow, and I was given an error saying the item cannot have another prefix mod.

The Decimation Bow should have room?

You must have both the phys damage percentage and the hybrid phys damage and accuracy. With added Lightning, you have 3 prefixes.

yep, in your first bow, the increased phys damage and accurary were one hybrid mode and in the second bow it probably consists of 2 mods which are not displayed separately with he sole reason to confuse players: increased phys + (incresed phys+accuracy)
