Blade Vortex "The Ethereal Lawn Mower" build PoE 2.1 - Talisman League

It's a really fun skill play with, and as always, I leveled with it from the moment I could get it (which is level 12). I found a Tabula Rasa which made it easy to try out different gem setups, and only switched to high armour chests at around level 65. Don't worry, a Tabula is not at all necessary for the build!
