[2.1] Ranger Max Block Reave - a work in progress

Welcome to my Max Block Reave build! This post and build is entirely a work in progress right now so if you have any words of advice or see something that should be different let me know. This is my first Max block build (it may not even be considered max block) so insight/help is appreciated.
Why
In the current meta of PoE block builds, to get started, are relatively cheap. Under 2 exalts can land you an Aegis Aurora and a Bringer of Rain. So if there was ever a time to try it, it is now.
Initially this thread (seen here) got me interested in the idea/build but as it turns out, Ghost Reaver is not at all needed and I would not even suggest it at this point.

Updated with new passive tree as Vaal Pact should not be necessary at all.
