Blade Vortex Radius?

Anyone know the Radius on it? I cannot find it anywhere...

Edit: Mark PM'd me that it appears to be 14.

From the wiki:

Area of Effect: Due to the fact that Blade Vortex has the AoE tag, increases and decreases in AoE will augment the radius in which the skill deals damage (e.g. Increased Area of Effect, Concentrated Effect and Carcass Jack).

As for how much that radius is, what units of measure does the game use? It's an aoe skill, it gets bigger with AOE passives and the gem.

That's why I need to to the exact Radius, to calculate the exact amount of Increased AoE Radius I'd need to get on tree to minimize wasted nodes due to rounding down..

Currently unknown, I could measure it later if you like.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Wouldn't the support gem alone be enough, so that you don't have to take passives for increased area?
Or why take increased AOE at all, all by itself it has pretty much a nice AOE around you. Someone should measure it, but even at lower levels when i used it it didn't feel small.

Not sure if this is his reasoning, but while watching a recent Atziri video I noticed that someone had nailed down the amount of Blade Vortex +AOE needed to "catch" all zombies in the add/heal phase without needing to move. This made the fight quicker and easier.

I'm sure there are other situations like this.

edited for spelling.

Fixed.

It has nothing to do with whether one, or both, is "enough;" I merely want to know what the Radius is, since we know the Radius' of most Skills already.. I just want to not have any wasted* stats, Quality, etc. I want to min/max the possible Radius, and for that I need to know it. It's as simple as that.

*It rounds down, so for example, if you had 25% increased AoE on a 14 Radius skill, it'd be no different than 22% increased AoE, and that's 4% quality on the Skill that you wouldn't have needed.

The Radius is apparently 14
