Best place to Farm ?
Hey guys, I was wondering where are the best places to farm with my Witch fire account. I began POE about two weeks ago. I chose my build on this forum. I love this build and i hope someone can help me to find the best places to farm.
I took the Pier Map to farm but I don't know if it's the best place. Click Here for Skill Tree

Salut mec
Some maps are definitely better than others in term of density and layout, but just sticking to some particular maps (like Pier) could be hard since there are so many different maps... you'd have trouble maintaining them. I'd just focus on aiming for higher and higher tier maps as they obviously yield better drops + exp. But yeah wharf/pier/shipyard, gorge, mountain ledge, strand etc. are pretty good for their monster density and layout. I think the "A" layout on the site linked above represents linear maps. They are fun :P Bonne chance |

Your resistances there are insanely high, you don't need to keep them above the required 75% (though a general rule would be nearer 100 on the overlap, just in case you run into resistance dampers). That'll free up some stats on equipment for other uses.
As for farming - Dried Lake is often considered one of the better places due to mob density, but there are others as well. Merciless Dominus drops good loot, but takes time to get to. Piety as well. This guy does some useful videos. His farmer is a dual totem templar, but the same basic advice can go to pretty much any build. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jgc1NgDpCgc Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment. |

" His resists really aren't out of the ordinary. He is in his hideout which is in normal mode, which means he actually needs 135% of each resist to be capped in merc. He just has a bit of extra in case of a -resist map I'm sure. He could shave a bit off his resists, but not as much as you've implied as it would leave him at only 40% resistance in merciless.
