Hey Ludvator, do you mean crit % instead of crit multi? Not sure what local crit means.
local means it applies directly to the weapon base crit, which is a big deal. you cant craft other than local crit chance on a weapon (thats why it does not need to say "local")

Thanks, I kind of understand but wouldn't know how to accomplish the above. I just found out I could add those modifiers yesterday. So crafting is way beyond me right now. I will look into some crafting guides and try to find out more information on how to properly craft stats into items. Thanks again for the tip!
Hello everyone, I'm still pretty new to PoE and still learning the basics and fundamentals of the game and one thing has boggled me, I have been trying to get Curse on hit + Herald of Ice + Poachers Mark to work. Here is my links
I was told that the shatter effect of Herald of Ice would proc the curse sense it actually does a "hit" but that's not the case for me. I have ran the dried lake with the setup for about six runs and have never seen the proc of the curse or gained a frenzy charge.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The AOE caused by killing a frozen enemy is what curses on hit.
I use this set up, when a frozen enemy shatters it causes an explosion that culls can grant me frenzy charges and onslaught:
It's easy for me to maintain 3 frenzy charges with it, and have the 30% spell/melee haste.
I'm running lightning spells w/ brotherhood ring with ~70% crit so its easy to shock and freeze everything, with your build this might not be doable.

Nice idea! Would you say it's worth the 13% increased mana reservation (from 25% to 38%)? Genuinely interested...
Maybe not for every build, I have -14% mana reserved near templar, and I don't need to run clarity since I have enough mana/mana regen.
Between arctic armor and herald of ice I'm around 50% mana reserved, throw in herald of thunder + curse on hit and im at 342/1555 mana. All of that is fine for farming.. If I want to survive I only run arctic since I have MoM.
With 3 frenzy, onslaught, 9 power charge, I hit 75k+ tooltip on sparks. 4.4k hp 700es
It's not the tankiest char I've made, but its not the squishiest either heh.
