What are best support gems for Flame totem?

I am using these 2 uniques converting all my fire damage into chaos so fire penetration is useless
Gems I will use for sure in my 5 link mantle are: Flame Totem Faster Casting Iron Will - got 340 strenght now so it's a must Controlled Destructions What should be my last gem? I don't see much dps improvement with faster projectiles |

Added Chaos can be good.

Faster proj will give them more aoe and range. It's more than just the dps, I think it's an important support. Up to you I guess though. If you have proj speed in your tree you can get away without it I'm sure.
