Does chance to ignite stack?

I couldn't find this anywhere, so forgive me if it's obvious or something

Suppose I have 2x items that have 25% chance to ignite, if I wear two of them, do I then have 50% total chance to ignite if they are the same item? What if I have a third item that's also 25%, would it then be 75% cumulatively?

yeap, you'd have 75% so long as you deal fire damage to ignite, or deal cold damage while wearing a three dragons.

They stack, though the wording is a bit confusing. It's like block chance - items with "xx% chance to block" actually give an ADDITIONAL chance to block.
