Old new player just reinstalled, need help figuring out a build that will work with old equipment.

Hi, I just re-installed after about a 1.5 year absence. My build was Kripparian's old power siphon wander. He's lvl 84, his skills are unallocated and I don't want to mess him up (again). My gear was decent at the time (5L armor, and 4L everything but the shield and wand). I would post a screenshot but I can't remember/figure out, the button that showed all equipped item info.

I'm in the same boat as you.
Also having a very hard time deciding what to do.
Someone told me to go for kinetic blast but I don't know how to set up the passives.

I'd recommend an Arc based build. There are a few good ones in the Templar builds list.

WHy not just start new? ANyways I got a nice molten strike guide in my sig as a ranger.
