[2.1] (theorycraft) Frost Blades + Melee Splash?

Creator of the "Airstrike Inbound" build here. I was screwing around with my Hegemony's Era char and Frost Blades + Melee Splash seems to have great potential, anyone else have experience with this? The splash applies in an AoE around the target that is hit by the initial hit of Frost Blades, which gives pretty good AoE coverage at a safe distance.
