Talisman vendor recipes
My white talismans are piling up and I dont know what to do with them.
My suggestion would be to make a vendor recipe for them. Like 5 white talisman of the same basetype and an orb of chance give you a blue talisman and also there is a small chance that it will be rare or even unique. A second vendor recipe would be cool for the blue talisman: 5 of the same type and a vaal orb results in a rare version of the same type. This thread has been automatically archived. I'm going to guarantee that someone will tell you sacrifice them. But yeah, the white and blue ones tend to pile up, I've given up on grabbing them.

With today's big increase to Stone Circles, this is no longer an issue. You now sacrifice all of them.

" But for what? A white higher tier? Whats the use of that? | |
After putting 4 blue + 1 white and getting out 1 white, I dont pick whites up anymore.
Buffed stone circles are nice, but I wish they'd buff (rare) talisman spawn rate instead. When night falls

not even sure why we have white talisman in the first place, they cant be crafted so a white is basicaly useless and they dont drop enought to justifie the chance to be normal/magic or rare like the normal items.
white talismans needs to go, 70% chance for magic and 30% for rare would be much better alternative make a recipe where 3 whites = 1 blue and 3 blue =1 rare and before people start screaming about people wanting it easy, economy apocalipse and the end of the world as we know it, take some time and check the odds of actualy rolling a strong t4 talisman, odds are you will spend a whole week and only get 1 or 2 of those with some crappy mods like 3% increased armor, 15 life and 20 ES. self found league fan

The only way to get a unique above tier 1 is to sacrifice a unique. If that is what you're after and since there is only 1 unique per tier so you can't sacrifice more than 1 unique at a time, put in 4 white with the unique. That'll consume them.

" I don't even have enough rares to be able to 1-4 them with whites yet alone uniques. Assuming the chance for all Talismans is equal getting the chance for a mob to even have a chance to drop a unique Talisman is already just 1/8 because 7 of the Talismans don't have a unique. The biggest issue I have with white talismans that I often have to pick them up because otherwise an enemy might do so (although I actually wanted the exiles to pick up the talismans... but not even they want white talismans :P). And they really have no use at all. Some are suggestion adding one white to 4 rares... that basically means every fifth time you will get a white so there is no benefit since you won't get more rares that way you would just perform more rituals. That is basically their only purpose getting the rituals for the challange. But even in that case would it be so bad to use blues for that? I personally feel that two things need to change: 1. Talismans should at least have the rarity of the mob they spawn on (or being rare if no unique exists) 2. White Talismans should just be blue as well Exspecially some bosses are really tough with certain Talisman effects and it is sad that they often just drop a white talisman after you went through the trouble defeating them, the same goes for rares exspecially considering that they can also have a Nemesis mod and be possessed by a spirit. |

A second idea is much simpler. 5 white result in a blue talisman if sacrificed. 5 blue in one rare talisman. Problem solved.

Do you pick up corrupted white items on other bases?
Do you even pick up non-corrupted white items on other bases? Why pick up white talismans then wonder what to do with them? The solution is pretty simple, just hit Alt after clearing a map for a clue. Casually casual.
