I've always liked playing hybrid caster/summoner so I'm very used to having minions around. They're a very practical meat shield and take aggro off you. The downside can be chain+extra projectile mods, but overall they're a welcome addition; once your zombies start dying, you know something is dealing a lot of dmg, it's a simple tell signal that something is about to rip you apart if you don't watch out.

Anyway first thing you do is enable RF. UNLESS you're in a party with weird mods that fuck with your RF, or if things feel sketchy (some boss fights). Preferably you roll the maps. Then it's pretty straight forward: I use W for Contagion, then I right click for Essence Drain, it quickly spreads and everything dies. You want fracture maps, that's super fun with ED.

Choice of Spectres is lvl 70 Revenants with at least Minion dmg/echo/chain.

Oh and you will need all the sockets you can have! I'd love to have a free one to run flesh offering for example, or another red socket for my Animate Guardian since he's sharing a 4L with my zombies right now. Or faster casting for my flame dash. You get the point. Be sure to have a wand with at least 15% faster casting.
