Lag Spikes etc. PROBLEM SOLVED!!! ASUS GAMEFiRST unistalled!!!!

As others have stated your Internet connection looks fine. I'd stop trying to troubleshoot that part of this issue. Instead you might want to spend time focusing on your system. (If you want to keep troubleshooting your connection, then it's time to move to a better tool such as iperf which runs only in Linux/BSD (you can boot to a Linux or BSD thumbdrive with a live copy of the OS and go from there).

Can you put a DXDiag report up on pastebin for us to look over? Knowing more about your PC would help troubleshoot that.

Yup, since that other user discovered that issue, that's why it's nice to get a DXDiag to see what motherboard he's using and what other software is installed. ;-)

So the Asus Mainbord was indeed the Problem!
I uninstalled that GameFirst Software....and my Spikes are gone.....
