Hillock Dropped a Unique

Not my first character. But I hadn't seen a unique yet.
Started a new shadow and killed Hillock on the first beach, and there was a crimson item.

The most common one people have got from him is the Quill Rain, or so I've heard.

I believe I got this from him on cruel.
It was either him or something else near him, I don't remember. Wasn't very exciting or memorable, being both a low level unique in a higher level zone, and my second of said unique. |

These stories make me want to cry, I found my first unique when I was Level 47.. then I've got 2 more and nothing for 2 weeks.
