Your favourite POE npc ?

the very first barely-alive exile you cross paths with on the twilight strands, should he not have had the willpower to stay alive, we'd all be stuck outside at the strands forever.

poor guy had to die three times for us to progress. may he find peace in death

Probably not, you can clear it all with just your basic weapon attack. Hell when the Duelist fights normal Hillock it's better to not use the skill he starts with (Cleave) because of the damage reduction.

The Flasks we start with are the real mystery. Wonder where we got them.
Gemling Queen is the best to read.
Nessa is the best to listen to.
Maramoa is the best to look at.
Tarkleigh is the best to be bros with.

I would have to say mine is Grigor of Act 3, he's just so full of knowledge and ontop of that he looks wicked sick even though...well..we all know what happened.

Going to go slightly out of bounds here but I'll say Piety.

I mean for the longest time, she was a nameless NPC / character we saw just mere glimpses of in Act 1, I mean this was before she had a name, any dialogue and was kinda just creepily there in the background in the Prison.

Then she got some dialogue and background, again prior to her becoming a boss in Act 3. I have a soft spot for the whole Greek / Roman mythology thing, and I still say Piety of Theopolis is a total badass, even if she went from background npc to boss.
I'd like to buy a drink to whomever came up w/ the Gemling Queen's dialogue. Very fun :D
If they expand on this, we need more characterd like Gemling Queen.

Gemling Queen hands down the best. Her voice acting and writing is incredible. Not-a-cockroach best nickname

this.

Twice this^^

Gemling Queen made my day. And keeps me occupied a bit at night :O
I'd like to vote for Fire Fury. All right, she doesn't have a speaking role and is little more than a souped up scavenger with pyromaniac tendencies, but my first few runs through The Terraces in normal I'd panic when she appeared and scarper to plan my strategy. That was in CB. Now I just go in and whack her. But she'll always have a special place in my heart.

Gemling Queen and Fairgraves.
And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you.
