2.1 CoC+Discharge build?

What is the big C0C+Discharge build now? WayneTrain looks dead as it has not been updated since 2.0 came out.

This is what im using as a witch. Its basically the castoncyclone build.
Still dont know if blade vortex is good, need more testing. I only seem to get like 5 stacks wiht discharge gem. When I unequip discharge I get alot more. IGN: Reoxy

There's my build. Very detailed guide, and very strong. Different from Waynetrain or Doe's, but still very strong. Got 5.2k life and still easily carry 6 man parties. The guide should answer most of any questions you have. Sure, the lab can be hard, but it's pretty easy if you're properly geared, and not terrible at the game.
