Warlord's Mark interaction with physical spells

I'm not too sure what's going on, though I'm unable to leech life or mana using Warlord's Mark with either Ethereal Knives or Blade Vortex. My health and mana on kill effects work fine, and with Heavy Strike and Ice Nova the leeches work as well.

I should also mention that the endurance charge gain on kill is working with all of the skills listed.

Edit: This is actually bigger than just warlord's mark: Now that I have the support gem, I can confirm that the Life Leech support gem does not work at all with either Blade Vortex or Ethereal Knives. Taking or dropping Vaal Pact seems to have no effect. Other skills supported to Life Leech seem to behave properly. Life Leech is able to affect both skills, increasing the mana multiplier, but no leech is received.

Bumping this because I am experiencing the same.

Blasphemy + Warlords Mark with Vaal Pact

My blade vortex (which can down Dominus in like 10 seconds) can't leech for its life (sorry for the pun). Anyways, hope this gets more vision.

Yep, ran into this too. Its a shame, considering how well warlords mark would work with Blade Vortex and Blasphemy.

Mana seems to leech fine, the issue appears to be with life leech only.

Can't really tell if my mana leech from warlords mark is working because my mana regen is a lot. Are you trying mana leech from warlords mark or from the mana leech gem?

From Warlords mark. I barely have any mana regen, so the leech is very noticeable.

Ok, that's good to know that the mana leech works. Not sure whether BV or the interaction with warlords mark's life leech is the bugged one but definitely something going on in the back end...maybe the leech rounds down therefore the leech is so small and slow?

Even then, with Vaal Pact + leech and my dps enough to kill Dominus in 10-15 seconds, I should be able to leech a considerable amount...

Everything rounds down. That's not a leech thing. Vaal Pact doesn't affect rounding or values since they remove the penalty from it.

Have any of you guys experienced insane locking up and frame drops when using warlord's mark blasphemy and blade vortex? I've been running merc dried lake with that setup and it seems as though warlord's mark makes me lock up to such a high degree that my fps drops to 0-10 in decent packs and around 15-25 on monster packs with 8 or less monsters.

It is not my pc because I have no issues running a cast on crit discharger (like a mjolner build for instance) and here I am getting rekt by fps in hc talisman.

I found that this issue only occurs with warlords mark. I have tested different curses with it as well so my fps doesnt dip below 50 with say assassinations mark. In large packs might I add.

Any thoughts?

P.S. I leach just fine (health and mana) from WM.
