Whats the quickest way to get your gems to 20Q?

I tend to think of "casual" as meaning that you don't feel like you need 20% gems... so I don't even know why you ask.

make 1 toon... level toon to 80
make a culling toon (on another account)... level that toon to 35 buy a cheap set of culling gear for the culling toon. run bosses for a bit and melt down of jewelry into chaos orbs. trade the chaos orbs for fusing , trade the fusing for gcp. for some reason no one wants to give up gcps for chaos orbs but god damn fusing sell like hot cakes. fastest would be to use 20 GCPs on it.
if you want to do it the right way though... stick it in an offhand and level it to 20, then vend it with 1 GCP and it turns into level 1 with 20% quality Every Saturday = National Booze n Poe Day

If you are looking to get the gems to 20 and then flip to 20Q, The Atziri trash mobs in the Apex are a great source of XP for leveling gems because all mobs are magic. Even if you are over-leveled, the gems will still get a ton of XP just from clearing the trash.
Not worth the cost of Sac sets if you can't also kill the bosses, but still something to keep in mind. Legacy SC IGN: Octora

I usually just buy quality gems around 12-15q for 4-6c and then just GCP them to 20. takes quite a while to get a gem to level 20, then you do the recipe and have to level it to 20 again. ain't nobody got time for that
