[2.1.0 Talisman] [Build] Cyclone CoC Blade Vortex Glass Cannon (untested)

Introduction

Hello.

This is my first build guide. This build is intended for mapping and to work well with mediocre self-found/crafted gear. I'm not a self-found player, thought.

I cannot guarantee this build's effectiveness since the build is still untested. I will be running this build on first Hardcore league in 2.1.

This is a glass cannon build.

+950% critical strike chance (+825% with shield)
+191% maximum life
+102% evasion rating
+72% accuracy (+108% with dagger+shield tree)
+48% attack speed
+89% physical damage
+2 melee range
3.6% life regeneration
6 frenzy charges
Spirit Void for mana

5 Jewel sockets - preferably used to increase damage

You get 18 free skill refund points that you can utilize while leveling.

I took some extra damage/attack speed etc. with onehanders and extra life nodes.

You can also take extra dagger/sword damage passive nodes aswell if you feel like your damage is lacking.

Cobalt jewels are probably best for this


Notes

- You will probably need to take +30 stat passives while leveling

- Rolling/buying few decent damage jewels seems to be necessary at endgame

- +physical damage to attacks on jewelry and gloves can be very useful during leveling

I think you used the wrong link for your passive tree you got a bunch of bow crit nodes and projectile damage nodes (Blade vortex doesn't have the projectile tag) And I feel you have too little crit as a result. I tried to clean up your tree while still staying true to your pathing http://poeurl.com/tMw Hope this helps.

-100% mana reservation with no Blood Magic or EB.

-Level 100 tree and still spread fairly thin.

-Low accuracy.

-Low defenses for HC.

-Melee build using Acrobatics and Evasion as defense.

-You will have trouble leveling in HC and probably die before getting anywhere near the build actually doing something.

-Low life without Jewels.

-Increased Duration on an Aura.

-No Fortify.

It's a 2.1 tree and broken on official site etc.

Crit is +950% with charges up (includes 2x 80% from daggers and 40% from other equipment).

You need a way to proc alot of crits to make blade vortex worth it ....

Did u test this out yet? I got one to Lvl 29 so far and it's pretty fun and really strong. I'm just worried it might fall off late game. And I'm a kinda new player so i don't know what gears to get. Could you update the guide with gears that we should get?
