2.1 Surgeon's Flask crafting - which do we need

A costly lesson I just learned : itemlevel matters even on flasks. I didnt think of that and wondered why I only got certain mods on a flask.
So before you roll your flasks check their itemlevel :) Actually if you know the required itemlevel for certain mods you could even use the itemlevel to increase your chances of getting certain mods... "The day I heard about surgeon I rolled 6 of them with only 20 alts I had (and some augs). After that managed to make only one despite many alts used :/ And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

I tried to roll surgeon's eternal life flask of staunching,no luck at all :/ But I've found divine version for free,so maybe it'll catch up.I'm outta of alteration orbs,so these have to be enough:
