Looks decent, why dual claw over claw/shield though? Or dagger/shield? You have no kind of mitigation, no dodge/not a lot of EV or armor. I don't really play HC so idk but this is my SC ST crit/dagger for comparison. 6 more points but I guess you could remove the power charge and something else if you don't feel like going to 111 points.

Yeah I linked the wrong tree but defences will be dodge and coil eventually, and the reason for no shield is the dual wield nodes give a lot of crit, eventually shield would be a good option if i had a GG Ele Claw but that might take a while.
