Need some build help, Incinerate spell block , pvp viable?

Hi guys , im new in this game ( just some months ) and im trying to make an incinerate scion viable for high lvl pvp and hall of grandmasters, i want to improve my build :(

This is my gear and my skill tree, at lvl 88 i can easily kill malachai merciless , Im able to do some high level maps and i guess i can kill atziri too but i didnt tried yet

Usually i use Grace + Artic Armour + Herald of thunder Auras

incinerate DPS: 11,834 Armour: 13022

usually i use this one for spell guys , would be a good idea buy a legacy one?




This one is for reflect maps and its helpful in pvp sometimes

i hope somebody can give me some recommendations about my build , i want to improve it and maybe make it viable for pvp and hall of grandmasters, ive been working in this build and i dont feel enough powerful
