Hi, Vaal Grace wont work :(

Vaal skills can't be supported by trigger gems (such as Cast when Damage Taken). You have to cast them manually.

even if I use Vaal orb on all gems ?

Most people go with a curse a defensive spell like molten shell and either a status aliment spell like ice nova or arc or if you run endurance charges then immortal call.

Vaal Grace, like all Vaal skills, doesn't cost or reserve any mana. Therefore it doesn't matter how much mana you have reserved for Vaal Grace. Spells triggered by Cast When Damage Taken also don't cost you any mana.
Vaal Grace doesn't work with Cast When Damage Taken, as stated above because it's a Vaal skill but also because it's an Aura (though it doesn't reserve mana). scroogetemplar / scroogewitch / scroogemarauder
