Couldn't move bug

I was in Cruel Slums Sewers Darkshrine HC when suddenly I was unable to move at all. Left click is always move only for me and for 1-2 minutes I was unable to move only or, after cycloning to a chest, open any chests/interact with objects or portals. I was still unable to move after setting move only to w and switching left click to normal attack. I was able to cyclone/whirling blades around and kill mobs. This is not the first time this bug has happened to me, it has also happened in town on a different character a while ago.

you're playing on lockstep? can you hit F1 when this happens again to see your latency to the server?
unlikely the reason if movement skills did work.
