Trouble with Lost in Love

I have saved Clarissa from the guard, she is now safe back in town, but I don't have the keys to open the sewer grate in the slums to get to her boyfriend. I only get "it's locked" when I click on the grate. The keys are not in my Inventory or stash. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am now stuck.

Hi there!
After saving Clarissa, you will need to move to the Creamatorium and attempt to save her boyfriend Tolman. Upon completing this quest, you will be granted the keys to the Sewers. I hope this helps! ✮ Please contact support@grindinggear.com if you need any help!

Aha- I thought the crematorium was IN the sewers. Thanks for the clarification.
