Locked prefix doesnt do jack

So I had a tyrannical harbringer magic bow that I regaled and then locked the prefix on. Used a chaos orb next to reroll the suffixes because the prefix is 'locked' and what do you know, rerolls the prefix as well. Locking a prefix apparently accomplishes jack shit. Waste of 800 alt orbs and 2 exalts G fucking G GGG

i doubt that, you probably had a hybrid mod which added to the prefix
