Think of it this way. Netflix complains constantly that Internet Providers aren't permitting their customers proper access to their service. But, no matter how much Netflix complains, no internet provider will listen because the stress Netflix puts on their backbone actually costs them money. However, if the customers of an Internet provider begin to complain, you will start to see things happen. An Internet provider depends on the revenue of happy customers. If they don't correct a problem that is making their customers unhappy, they will begin to lose revenue. GGG could try to contact Telia, but they won't act until it is in their interest to. Your government has more influence over what an some random internet company does than some small company in a different part of the world. Why not call your leaders and have them "do something" about your problem? Telia gets no money from GGG so why would they give a crap if GGG complains to them?
