Problem solved, people should ask to GGG staf before buy PaySafeCards and try to get some points, not all countries can do this.

My anger it's gone now, as alway the good people in the forums let me see the things in other ways, anger don't solve anything and GGG it's trying to solve this, with a bit of luck in the future nobody will have to go through what I went, and that it's a good thing.

No, I just follow the steps in this website, no warning, no advice, nothing until this paying method doesn't work.

So basically what you are saying is that due to legal reasons beyond their control, GGG could not receive a payment from you. As you are from another country, that is likely to be part of the international trading laws of either your country or New Zealand. That payment then got lost, and GGG apologised.


...What are you after? GGG arent going to give you points without receiving money, no company would. That's just reality, not them being "cold, dark and caring only for money". And they cannot change international law on money laundering. All they can do is apologise, which they did.

You know this is an excellent opportunity to create awareness around this issue so future people don't have the same thing happen to them.

You could inform GGG directly (like you have) and ask if they could remove the links or get in contact with their paypal service to make sure people don't get redirected to this in the future etc.

You know, making a positive from a negative and take some of that sweet sweet karma.

That's why you should use payment methods where you can charge back.

There is a hilarious e-mail screen where somebody got banned for RMT/Cheating he charged back and then GGG said "We can talk about the ban after you undo the chargeback"
