tempest shield GGG plz answer!!!!

so like 2 weeks ago i saw a streamer juicy money or something using
tempest shield + curse on hit + enfeeble + blind. ive been trying for hours to get it to work...all the lvl requirements are met but it just doesnt cast..... chris or ggg please get back to me asap if you would! cheers! btw keep up the great work ive been a fan since closed beta! |

" Don't you need to link curse on hit to an attack or spell? I don't think tempest will do it. The streamer may have been using cast with damage taken, instead. I don't know if you wanted regular people to reply or not, but tempest shield changed at some point from an aura style on/off effect to a medium-duration buff.
They all need to be linked for it to work. You have to manually cast tempest shield, and then it'll apply the linked curse on hit when you block with the chance to blinnd from the Blind gem. It'd also be a good idea to link the item you've got the gems set in so other players can look at it. The fastest would be to set your account privacy settings to public and tell us which char it is.

that setup is worth only in reflect maps, else curse on hit herald is much better
