Chanses of the Perfection darkshrine mod succeeds

So i tryed the perfection thing many times now and have got 4 or 5 gems to 20%.
But i have tried very many times.
Is the chances this succeeds 25% if using a rare one hander with 4 mods where one of them is Crit multi?

Since there are 4 mods and if chances of all are the same it should be like 25% chance to get the perfection on a try like this.

Am i correct here or are some darkshrine mods more likely to be picked than others?
The reason i ask is that i have tried very many times and almost every time with a 4 mod rare, so there should be 25% chance but i have been really unlucky or the chanses are not the same for all darkshrine mods to be choosed.

It's RNG, your sample size is too small for any conclusions. Do it 10000 times and maybe you'll be able to confirm/deny.

I'm at 4 on 36 right now so no where near 25% (although some items were 5/6 mods so it's normal it's lower but not by this much). I've seen people get 4 on 5 attempts. It's reasonable to assume it is based on number of mods and not a weighted average for each stats.

According to my Wolfram Alpha calculations*, assuming equal probability weighting, if you attempted 25 4-mod rares, there is a .08% chance, or 8 in 10,000, that you get zero Perfections.

That means, if we assume 50,000 people play Darkshrine league, then 40 people are expected to have zero Perfections after attempting 25 4-mod rares.

Does the Perfection darkshrine spawn in any of the labyrinths? Does anyone know? Would be a great way to 20% quality corrupted items still
