Turbo-Hipster Ranger Wand CoC (2.0)

I played this build in the 1MHC race for the red armor set. The goal was to complete 4/4 challenges on a fun build with a playstyle I've never done before. Also, I tried to keep the budget as low as possible as I like builds that don't rely on super expensive gear. I got 4/4. I rebuilt it for 2.0 and preliminary testing shows it still cruises through maps. This thread is mostly just as a reference for myself and others. There's lots more room for improvement and adaptation to 2.0 probably.

Kineblast + Icespear for packs.
Barrage + Arctic Breath for single target.

For survivability, keep your distance from everything. Mobility and positioning is basically the most important part here and I can't give you a number for that. Acro + Phase acro and some evasion also helped. For reflect, Phase acro + Saffels.
