While a base white sai requires level 70, it can still roll low ilvl affixes.
It looks like you have 2 prefixes: 1. Local Physical Damage +% / Local Accuracy Rating iLvl 35: 35 to 44 / 51 to 64 (Mercenary's) 2. Local Physical Damage +% iLvl 35: 85 to 109 (Vicious) Easy to mistake: (a high % physical prefix + a high local accuracy suffix) vs. (a mid % physical prefix + a mid hybrid physical/accuracy prefix + a mid local accuracy suffix) Before hybrid phys/acc was removed from master crafting we'd be able to check what a weapon had, but now we're often stuck with the ambiguity. I do agree, this item is very difficult to spot having two prefixes, but as someone else said, rare items never drop with only 3 mods, so there's where you could tell where the invisible affix was, where two merged into one basically.
Also, one again, your fault for spending so much on that. The dagger is honestly crap, even with just the 140% phys damage if what you had thought would happen happened. with the two(or 4) ex you were planning to spend/spent on the dagger, you could easily have gone and bought a much higher dps dagger than that one would have turned out to be. Sure, the lab can be hard, but it's pretty easy if you're properly geared, and not terrible at the game.

From the evidence, it's clear that the Dagger had the following 4 mods at first:
Prefixes: Mercenary's (+25-34% phys, +51-64 acc) ilvl 35 Vicious (+90-109% phys) ilvl 35 Suffixes: of the Inuit (+6-11% cold res) ilvl 1 of the Deadey (+201-250 acc) ilvl 50 After modding you're left with the two above prefixes. The local accuracy roll was actually the best one on the item, in terms of mod level. Theorycrafter/Build Creator for PORTAL guild

" No it doesn't (didn't). Repeating it ad nauseum will not make it so either. Just because it has a high(ish) ilvl in no way means it must have high tier affixes. It just means it can have them. |
