number of passive skill points rewards?

i heard somewere (global chat) that you actually get 21 skill ponits from quests, however the poe wiki shows that you get alot less: http://en.pathofexilewiki.com/wiki/Quest_Rewards

You can get 7 per difficulty, assuming you choose to kill the 3 bandits.

Why does the passive tree builder max out at 111? Don't you also have 99 from leveling? 99+21 > 111

You are correct, it should have 120. However, I don't think GGG has given a high priority to fixing it when they have more pressing issues to take care of.

its almost not possible to level pass lvl 90 at this point so 111 sounds about right
90+21=111 |

You can get to level 100 with enough effort.
The skill planner should go to 120, but it hasn't been changed since the OB patch which added new rewards. |
