Here's a couple of stuff I found that isn't mentioned in the OP, or mentioned incompletely:
- "An icy wind whips up around you." - Shivering tempests. Your cold damage always freezes mobs, % of your phys damage is added as cold damage, increases your cold damage. - "No force of nature holds more fear than [ELEMENT]." - Monsters deal 93% extra damage as [ELEMENT], 15% increased item quantity, 8% increased item rarity. - "The hunted becomes the hunter." - Grants you the Headhunter mod. On killing a rare monster you gain one of its mods for 20 seconds. - "Tough as nails." - 41% increased monster life, 15% increased item quantity, 8% increased item rarity. - "Kill one head and more will rise to take its place." - Monsters fracture, 25% increased item quantity, 12% increased item rarity. - "All rewards have their cost." - ????? I've got this one several times and couldn't find anything out of the ordinary.
