The basics for a fireball witch in 2.0

Hi guys,

Just looking for some basic advice and if possible the outline of a good passive tree for a budget fireball witch for 2.0.

Currently there is just a single guide for stickied for a fireball witch.

I'm multilplaying with the wife who's going dps fireball witch while I'm tanking as max block templar.

There's plenty info and idea for the tanky templar but pretty much nil for a dps fireball witch at the mo. We both play self found so have nil godly gear.
