Mark1030 your post is not helpful at all, that is a well known fact, but has nothing to do with the matter at hand.

If it's such a well known fact, why do you keep saying that it's impossible to kill without doing damage? How do we know you don't have any culling? People use skills to deliver curses and culling to get magic find on the kill. How do we know you aren't using arc to curse on hit with the iir gem and culling on it? You have your characters hidden in your profile. My Flame Totem build used a Heartbreaker. How do we know you're not using that or something else with culling?

It's been explained that the reason the player gets the on kill effects is because the entity that got the kill doesn't exist when the monster dies. It's not hard to understand why this was the case. The kill has to go to something. It was a minor bug until people got an item that allowed them to exploit it, so now it's a big enough problem that they moved the fix up on the list of things to work on.
