Lunaris temple level 2

Upon entering the stair case to level two of the Lunaris temple I am greeted with a loading screen followed shortly by an error message. The error message is as follows:

error opening file: round3

I do not currently have an active quest or side quest, I am simply exploring/ mapping. I am a level 37 shadow playing in standard league. I am also currently running Windows 7 as an OS.

Upon entering the stair case to level two of the Lunaris temple it goes to the loading screen followed shortly by the game closing itself.


I only have one active quest which is the quest the I need to go in to the lunaris temple level 2. I am a level 35 witch playing in standard league. I am also currently running Windows 10.
