Unable to add particle effect to bone group named root

Hi!
I got the title error message today while doing a reef map! It happened every time I got in, I didn't cast anything, it just happened while I was running around! I spent all the portals so I'm pretty sure its a map issue! Also PoE crashes every time this happens! Does anyone know why this happens? This thread has been automatically archived. What weapon and attack skill are you using? What league? any other information that can help narrow things down a bit? Bug report #?
